Here is one for you. Guy clicked buy it now on an engine I had for sale. A week later I got back to him asking for a collection date. This was his eventual reply. I did bite back the instinct to tell him that he probably wants to see a doctor about that but thought you lot would enjoy a chuckle.

Yeah, I have so many eBay stories. Tell him for £75 you can post it, then slap it on a pallet and book it in with Paisley Freight.

Yeah. make him stick to the purchase, like capn bodge says, stick it on a pallet and add the cost.
As for the other? He was probably going to ask you for a hand with it.

Ah too late for that I have relisted it. I really couldn't be bothered with palleting and getting it collected. It all seemed a bit odd so probably best just to be rid of him. Tempted to just get another chassis for the engine instead.
